Living room with fireplace

The renovated house, with terracotta tiles and wooden floors, has built-in stoves in the two fireplaces (upstairs and downstairs) which are heated with wood and which warm the whole house, with the addition of mobile electric radiators and fans if required.

Built twenty years ago, but in typical Portuguese style, it has very thick walls and small windows to keep out the heat in summer, but is nevertheless flooded with natural light.
